While I initially listed my home with My Dog Tess (MDT) due to their low fees, I found the best thing about this company was the service provided by their agents (Lisa Jones is quite good) and their sister company Maplestone Construction. MDT was able to take care of sales and home repairs. After dealing with other companies and their agents, I found a respite in My Dog Tess. Not only did they stay with me through 8 grueling months or trying to sell my home during the economic down turn, they also were able to quickly and inexpensively handle the repairs that were needed for my home to give it what it needed to sell. I give high marks to My Dog Tess for being thorough in their approach, dedicated to the process and a true value. They are good people.
