Contractor Special for Select Full Service Clients
My Dog Tess of the Triad is pleased to announce additional services available to our clients listing a home valued at $400,000 or more. These clients will receive a complementary on-site evaluation as part of their listing by NC licensed general contractor and Tess's broker-in-charge, Steve McSwain. He can give you pointers on what needs to be fixed before you get the dreaded list from the home inspector – at no cost to you!
Avoid a lost contract or delayed closing by having a professional contractor review your home before your first showing.
· Minimum 6 month listing agreement.
· No additional fee upon closing or if listing expires.
· If withdrawn by seller prior to expiration, they agree to pay $250 contractor fee on withdrawal date.
· This is not to be confused with a home inspection performed by a licensed inspector.
· You are under no obligation to use Maplestone Construction, LLC to conduct the repairs recommended by Steve McSwain. If you do choose to have Maplestone Construction, be advised that the owners of My Dog Tess also own Maplestone.
