NOTE: Short sales, pre-foreclosures or foreclosures are not handled through the website. If you are behind on your mortgage payments or suspect your home may be worth less than you owe, please contact Janie Henderson janie@mydogtess.com. Janie is our only agent that is Short Sale and Foreclosure certified. DO NOT activate a listing through the website.

Effective 1/1/11: All NC sellers are asked to provide proof of their mortgage balance(s) when listing their home with ANY Realtor. You will need to provide this information before your listing is activated. Please contact cat@mydogtess.com if you have questions or concerns about this BEFORE you activate your listing.

Listing your property for sale with My Dog Tess takes 7 simple steps.

On the next few pages, we will ask you to:

  • Create an account
  • Choose a listing service
  • Enter your property details (including picture uploads)
  • Provide payment information ($500 listings only)
  • Review and approve our listing agreement
  • Submit mortgage and home equity line information
  • Activate your listing

You can stop and save your work at any point in the process; the details of your listing will be there when you return and login to your account.

You will have an opportunity to review all the details of your order before it is placed. In addition, Tess offers pointers and clarification on entry items through out the entry process.

Your credit card will not be charged until you activate your listing (step 6 above). Tess also accepts checks or money orders.

Not quite ready? If you have questions, please contact us to walk you through the process.

Otherwise,
let's go!

My Dog Tess
Thanks again for all of your help and always listening to my rants. .. Both of you [Janie and Steve] have been doing an excellent job and acted very professional. There are not many business teams left out there like yours!
